Frequently asked questions

What is concierge physical therapy?

Concierge physical therapy brings expert care directly to you—in the comfort of your own home, office, or gym. Sessions are one-on-one, tailored to your unique needs, and focused on helping you not only recover but also build lifelong wellness strategies. This model emphasizes convenience, privacy, and the highest level of personalized attention.

Do you accept insurance?

Our practice is out-of-network with insurance providers. This allows us to provide longer, more individualized sessions without the restrictions of insurance-driven care. Many patients find that the added value, attention, and results far exceed what is typically possible in a traditional clinic setting.

Can I get reimbursed by my insurance?

Yes, in many cases. We provide a superbill (a detailed receipt) that you can submit directly to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. The amount reimbursed depends on your out-of-network benefits. We are happy to guide you in this process.

Do you accept Medicare?

We do not accept Medicare for rehabilitation services. Federal regulations prevent us from providing covered rehab services to Medicare beneficiaries outside the Medicare system.

However, if you are a Medicare beneficiary, you can still see us for wellness, fitness, mobility, and performance services—areas not covered by Medicare. These sessions focus on optimizing your health, preventing injury, and maintaining independence.

What makes concierge care different from traditional physical therapy?

The concierge model is designed around you:

  • Personalized Care: Every session is one-on-one, tailored to your goals, with no sharing your therapist’s attention.

  • Ongoing Support: We emphasize education, exercise, nutrition, and self-management strategies so you feel supported between visits.

  • Convenience: Care comes to your home, office, or preferred location—no waiting rooms, no rushing, no commuting.

  • Whole-Person Wellness: Beyond rehab, we also provide guidance in strength, mobility, injury prevention, and lifestyle health.

Who do you work with?

We work with athletes of all levels, individuals recovering from injury, and anyone seeking to improve their health, mobility, and quality of life. Whether you’re training for a race, managing the demands of parenting, or simply wanting to stay active as you age, we’ll meet you where you are and help you move forward.

How do I get started?

It’s simple: reach out to schedule your initial evaluation. We’ll review your history, assess your needs, and create a plan that aligns with your goals. From there, we’ll bring individualized care to you—on your schedule, in your space.
